所遇問題如下：1.一樣的自費早餐，服務員逮着了就收一人20，逮不着就混過去了，看你運氣。
2.房間不是廁所天花板掉了，就是門框掉了，花灑衹能一種方式，師傅修完門框全是玻璃膠味，難道就沒有環保的膠用嗎？！既然這樣寧可不修。
3.連個電梯都沒有，賓館建在山坡上是爬了山又爬樓。沒行李還好，長者腿腳不好就慘了。
4.門口保安和前台服務員瞎指路，讓我們推着行李爬台階繞道，明明有斜坡可以拉着走，不知道是成心還是真笨。
5.明明每天給兩瓶礦泉水，看你昨天的沒用就不給了，貪這種小便宜至於嗎？遊客是付費的！
