Service and mgmt was great. The only negative was i had requested a ground level room because of my lower extremities disability. Breakfast was great also.

For the second time in a week we stayed at a Hampton Inn and were disappointed. The tub/shower was growing with mold. The sheet on the king size bed was too small and came off during sleeping. The toilet kept running all night and the lamps in the room looked like there was a fight in the room.

Terrible hotel. We found bugs in our bed, Byron at the front desk couldn't care less, also hotel does not get cleaned daily, not mentioned at check in. Just terrible

I love Hampton Inns because they have the best buffet of all local hotels. The management and staff is very responsive The first room I got was a bit musty - the a/c was not on and so I asked to change rooms - The second room was better but noticed the room decor is very dark and dated. Maybe could have used a refresh, brighter carpet brighter wallpaper - not mustard yellow color
