First thing we saw went in when in was a bug crawling in the kitchen. We saw 2 of them in the 5 minutes we were there, which doesn’t seem like a lot but then we checked other reviews and realized this wasn’t just us. The staff were really nice and gave us a refund.

Very disappointed when we pulled up to find out that the two charging posts were broken. That was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel. For the price we paid we should’ve gotten some sort of breakfast, but the only thing I had was a glazed doughnut.

Being an IHG employee, I enjoyed my stay with you. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping staff was awesome. Only complaint, no hot water in shower and staff was never at front desk day or night, even when ringing the bell. Other than that I had a nice stay .

The only thing that needed improvement to me would be to put in a gated pet park with good grass. The one that is there now hurt my little Yorkey’s feet.
Staffs was very friendly and so was the cleaning lady. The room was very nice and very clean. Would stay there again when in town visiting family.

The bathroom floors were dirty and extremely slippery. It felt like you were skating on ice. No vent fan in bathroom do lots of moisture in air snd room. The room was cramped. On the upside the beds were comfortable.
