The environment is so-so. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel if you have to take the stairs with large luggage. But it's very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The transportation is quite convenient.

It was very dated, room was somewhat dirty, however, staff was very nice, and plenty of gas stations and food around hotel.

The rooms are in need of some repairs. The toilet is loose. The lock on the door seems loose also. Shower could use some upkeep.
Upon check in, the clerks were very polite and friendly.

Wi-Fi would not work on laptop front desk. Staff knew that at check-in and didn’t convey that until I went back to the front Dess to ask if they were having trouble with the Wi-Fi. I was told it will. It works with everything except for laptops. It would’ve been nice to know that Prior to check in and prior to me, attempting to logon and wasting my time

The Lobby was locked up. It felt like I was trying to buy milk from a 7-11 at 3:00 am. Makes you feel like you are in an unsafe area.

Very friendly check in, TV did not work when I tried to turn it on (the batteries were low) - was able to get it to work and advised the front desk when we checked out to replace batteries. We really like this location, appreciate the fridge with a freezer .... beds very comfortable. Restaurants are very close and the I95 is just beside. Will come back again.
