Traveled down with a friend for a mini vacation to get out of the big city. Had a fun time. Didn’t spend much time in the room but it was nice enough

It's a Super 8 hotel, what can you say? It's kept up well and in pretty good condition and was a good buy at the price. The staff was very nice and would have no problem staying there again or recommending it to a friend. I go out to Waco twice a year and will add this hotel to my shortlist of places to stay.

If I get the chance to go back to Waco I will defiantly stay at this hotel. This manger went above and beyond to help me. I had a death in the family and had to return the next day instead of staying the two nights that I had booked, and he worked with me to get this reservation changed since it was done with a third party, and I can't thank him enough. He was so nice and kind. Thank you again.

The check in was great. The room was secure. There were lots of cosmetic problems (walls were scarred in many places). The iron dripped and I cleaned up water on floor. Towel was super dirty when I cleaned up bathroom vanity floor. The bed was very comfortable. Slept well.

Horrible stay. We checked in and within 10 minutes of being there we saw 4 roaches and that was my cue leave. I informed the front desk of my dissatisfaction with the roaches and was given a refund. I'm surprised they are charging such an outrageous price for the quality of the hotel.
