The water was cut off on such a hot day, so I couldn't take a shower or wash my hands at night. The front desk said there was nothing they could do and asked for two bottles of mineral water for brushing teeth, but they gave me two small bottles instead! Just put a set of bath towels and stuff! Moreover, the hotel is a bit old, and the bath towels and bedding are all yellowed!

The hotel has good value for money! The environment is beautiful, there is a swimming pool on the third floor, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help.
