Outdated facility. Cancelled my room key at 10 am before checking out. Charged US$35 for breakfast. Super greedy!

The place is well kept, nice gardens, room functionality is on point. The breakfast was good, the food selection well balanced. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.I would definitely come back again.

Where else would you stay with your own resident wildlife and 18 course golf course. Super clean and staff were amazing, in particular Kudzai Rupanra who went over and above to make our stay a memorable one. The Victoria falls are only a 10 min drive. The grounds are immaculate and our room was very nice, well done everyone!

We stayed in this hotel for two days during our safari tour in Africa. This is the biggest hotel in Victoria Falls and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. But as I always say the people make the experience; here the people worsened the experience. The service was late and with hick-ups. The personnel was as if they were forced to work, never smile never kind greetings. So I suggest this hotel for a second chooce not first.

The service was excellent, the staff was always helpful and really kind , very clean rooms and we still can't get over how delicious their meals were . The view from the balcony, their soft pillows and soft linen got us having really peaceful sleeps 😆

The rooms are beautiful and clean, with white linen and fluffy pillows. Each with a balcony that overlooks the lush grounds, where you can enjoy an evening drink. The pool area was my favourite, sparkling blue water perfect for couples and families

The place is well-kept, and the gardens are so lively and well-maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleaners are doing an excellent job, the property is old but it is always sparkling clean. I enjoyed the Hawaiian Pizza, compliments to the chef!

Amazing views across to the Zambezi from lovely top floor rooms. The food was excellent and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We used the pool bar and pool which were lovely. The hourly shuttle bus to town and the falls is free and it only takes 5 - 10 minutes.
