Pretty decent for a motel.
The rooms are modern and clean, but could do with actual curtains rather than or on top of the blinds. Breakfast is very basic and not worth getting up early for. They did, however, use real crockery and cutlery and not the single-use kind which is a big plus in my eyes compared to many other places. The staff was nice and helpful.
Overall a great choice for a night or two when you're in the area.

We had a flood of water around the toilet that welcomed us into the room. The toilet ran all night. Theair conditioner was noisy. The toilet had poop stains in it. The door didnt close correctly. The bathroom door was scary as it was very dirty. I refused to shower there. The free breakfast ran out of food and coffee. The checkin lady was not friendly.

This is an amazing little resort right in the business district of downtown Vero Beach. Jeff is amazing. They have a lovely coffee and muffin spread in the morning which really is quite elegant. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Rooms are nice. They could be cleaned better. I had to take a few Clorox wipes to the remote and light switches as they were sticky and dirty.
I also wish housekeeping services were provided daily.
Monday through Thursday hotel stay seemed pleasant however Friday was terrible. The guest(s) checking in/ staying near my room started arguing and yelling throughout the night. When it wasn't the couple arguing, I could hear babies crying.
The hotel was suppose to be non-smoking but as soon as the hotel was getting busy with guest, I could smell cigarette smoke and ****.

Just first time that happens. Only one long towel and no hair blower. Called desk in the morning the lady said she was going to send the blower but she forgot. Other than that all ok.

the hotel room is with strong mold smell and the wash room is terrible, but the staff refuse to change the room or refund, have to stay two nights in bad conditions.

It was very clean and upgraded. But the bath tub had stains in it and no drain stop. Otherwise all good.

Nice place to stay for this money , but unfortunately they have big problems with plumbing :( our sink always was full of water and bath also not drain the water and was rusty:(
But the good think is nice bar and breakfast !
