Not, bad. The room we had was recently redone, and was very clean. We stayed 4 nights. Had no complaints really. Pool was clean and heated. Price was reasonable. Lots of workmen every night, they left early mornings so only a few of us vacationers during the day.

It gets better and better. Almost complete with the renovations, the rooms are up to date. New showers, a/c units, tvs, and even the pool(opens Dec 1st) Beds are comfortable, rooms quiet and clean. Ample parking, and close to Winn Dixie. Big Lots, TJ Max. Dunkin Donuts and more. Rates are reasonable. This a no frills place. The Staff is knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Coffee or Tea in the lobby from 6sm to 11am Vending Machines for drinks and snacks laundry room on site Pet friendly with designated areas for walking.

I showed up at the motel, and that gentleman tending the desk, acted like it was a great inconvenience to take my money and check me in. I would’ve been lucky. Had he not checked me in because this place turned out to be a utter Pit stain of a hotel The room was incredibly musty and smelled like a very old mold. The shower was filthy. The bedspread had stains on it. The floor was very dirty. They obviously do not care about this motel whatsoever on top of everything else. It did not even have hot water in the motel. I’ll let it run for 15 minutes and it never got above barely warm. I can’t ever imagine staying at this armpits stain of a hotel again

I was pretty disappointed when the lyft driver pulled into the lot. I thought the place looked pretty run down. I stayed for 3 nights. The room was small and not well lit. The room was clean, and had a micro fridge, a microwave, and a decent T.V. Small hand soaps only-no shampoo or conditioner. The AC worked well. There is a laundry room onsite. They have a small outside pool that looked clean. Desk staff was okay at best. Within walking distance of a convenience store, a Burger King and a CVS. Small stand-up shower only. It is what it is, which is a budget hotel. I would stay at a place like this if I was traveling by myself. I would not take my family there if I could afford a better option.

Got here early checked in room is not clean TV didn't work no hot water replace the refrigerator while we were here replacing the TV the room is super small doesn't look as advertised I don't even want to stay here. They say their pet friendly but they stick you on the side where it's the busiest highway noise for the animal side not happy.
