Hotel is old building with zero maintenance and some of the staff behavior is also very bad.
Coffee machine not working since 3-4 days but no one is responsible. In house phone in room is not working, for every request either come down to reception or call reception number directly.
One of the elevator out of total 2 is out so order and no intimation to guest about that, even though they have 100% occupancy in last 2-3 days
Below photo is the bowl in service tray for tea bags , coffee and milk sachet. After informing to front ***ager as well it takes 1 full day to clean

The rooms are clean and services are good,the breakfast has ***y varities and are good in taste.We looked on photos of hotels and its rating is 4 star so we prefered this hotel for the booking. The staff is very cooperative and help us for ***y queries.

The hotel is ok, 4 stars. The staff understands english average. The buffet is ok, more indian than western. The people Form the restaurante was very attentive help you with non spicy food if you are not Form india . The club sandwich was good !

Starting with checkin, as we enter after 2 pm and our room was not ready and we waited for a room (we booked 2 rooms). The moment we enter the room, it was entering a room for 1 star hotel, broken wooden flooring (wear slippers always), bathroom is full of Holi colours and never cleaned, shower didn't work, no hand-wash in bathroom and full of dirty commode. We asked the hotel to change the room, which they did instantly, but same issue was in other room, with dirty bathroom. One more thing, if you need water bring your own bottle otherwise they will give you RO filled bottle which was dirty

Hopeless ***agement, have booked a room for couple, they have give a twin sharing bedroom with a guarantee to join them. Check from the pictures how the room really look.. please save your money before booking in HHI. Mosquitoes all around the room.. no hot water in tap.. in shorts it’s a ********** for a charges of more that 7000/-

Now we are in the hotel lobby. Experience is very good in hotel time. Mr. Rakesh Chadda, Mr. Prabhat Chatterjee and Ronju Sheikh were like as hosts, hospitality was really enjoyable and nice. Best wishes for all. Banamali Bhowmick, Additional Secretary (Rtd.) Bangladesh.

Great service staff was really attentive and food was great rooms were decent and the reception helped us in getting a early check-in also we didn’t have to wait for anything when ordered from room service just the slightest issue was hot water being not available at times should work on that

Hotel was ok but we had to check 3 rooms before able to settle into one. The rooms reeks of tobacco smell so had to get air fresheners to mask the smell. Complimentary items including towels available only when requested but took them ages to deliver it to the room. Dining room/restaurant was cramped and waiters were handling food like bread with bare hands instead of using the tongs 🤢. They only ***aged to make us non-spicy food on first night out of 2. The milk jar had mould on the cap so informed the waiter. Not a great service and definitely NOT a 4 star hotel under international ratings. I don’t think I would return back.
