I was only given one cup of coffee.
The clock in my room had the incorrect time on it., Its impossible to figure out how to set correct time.
I thought I had the alarm turned off but it still went off in
the middle of the night.
There was construction material all over. The same construction material was there when I stayed in this hotel in March 2023.

The ice maker went off all night long. Please don’t put it by rooms ! Relatively clean. Water was not all that warm it hot in the shower! Could hear others walking around outside the room all night.

I was terribly disappointed a nice chain had taken it over and it was not nice. The rooms were shabby and not as clean as it should have been. There was a hair on the bathtub and the towels were low quality. Overall, it was a third-rate looking place. It looked as if it is being remodeled, but if the room I stayed in was remodeled they did a poor job of it. Was expecting much better.

The pictures on website did not reflect the actual room. There were no closet or place to hang clothes, the bathroom did not have place to hang towels or a place for soap. The room lacked furniture as shown on website. No free wifi…. Very disappointing.

Property is good for stopover night. It's clean and easy to park and get to your room. No complaints. It's affordable and met what we needed.

It looks like the owners of the hotel are really taking pride in it and undertaking some major renovations; many pallets with boxes of flooring and other construction materials are stacked up outside for the project.
As with all of Uvalde, there are beautiful old oak trees around the hotel.
Staff was very friendly at check-in and there was a great complimentary breakfast, even with waffles shaped like the state of Texas.

The property is under renovation, the room was updated very nice but the outside getting to the room was not yet renovated. The staff was very friendly and attentive

As expected, no more no less. Stayed a quick night for work. Got in at 10:30pm, staff was present and I did not have to wait for one, which was nice. Reservation pulled up quickly, got to room within 10 minutes of arrival.

Carpet is dirty, shower still had hair on walls, hole in bathroom wall.
Very disappointed.
