In the previous day's review, I reported that due to a mistake by the front desk staff, an ice pack was missing from the specialties I was going to take home. But within half a day, I received a text message from the hotel manager contacting me to solve my problem. The tone was sincere and the solution was feasible. This unpleasant incident during my trip was immediately turned around, and my trip to Xinjiang came to a successful conclusion. I waited until today to post this positive review because I just received a replacement souvenir from the hotel manager. It was from the same store where I bought it and was well packaged. Thank you to the staff for giving me a very satisfactory solution. Mistakes are inevitable at work, but I admire this attitude of solving the problem very much. These two stores are stores where I have done my homework. When I went to buy, there was a long queue, but I didn’t expect the staff to go and give it to me. It was hard work when purchasing, so I would like to express my gratitude to you. I also hope that you can pay more attention to your work in the future and try to avoid mistakes. I wish you all the best in your work. In addition, I recommend this hotel to travelers who need a hotel in Wushi. The transportation is convenient. There is a bus stop at the door and a subway station about one kilometer away from the intersection. The room is a little small, but neat and clean. Great place to stay in Urumqi. Towering high above the city skyline, you have an amazing view all the way up to the breathtaking mountain ranges surrounding Urumqi. Although have quite a bit of legacy, the rooms and facilities are still charming, clean and tidy. Service was excellent and super friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.

Hygiene: The room 618 that I stayed in for the first time was generally clean and tidy. After the room change, the washbasin in room 609 had a small amount of paper scraps and water stains. The toilet seat had traces of stickers and the fingernails could be detached. Environment: The Chinese-style background wall at the bedside and the overall color tone of the room are in line with the aesthetics of the older generation. There are low-frequency noise sources outside room 618, and the sound insulation of the room is weak. In room 609, you can hear 610 having a meeting at night. Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card. After being dissatisfied with the conversation next door, I had to wait for the service staff to go downstairs to collect the room card to open a new room.
