設施：第一次房卡沒刷上開不了門，又下來前台重新激活了一下。上到客房電視機不通自己摸索半天原來是遙控器控制不了得手動打開側面背板。打開網絡不通，摸索半天要手動路由電源，依然不通。聯繫前台工程師姍姍來遲，網絡問題得聯繫電信。去洗手間洗手，龍頭直接噴了，淋了一身。（我老婆淋了一次，我淋了兩次壞之前一次，修好後一次）拿着房卡向前台反應情況問可否換一間房，答不可以，此時我想退房了，奈何一天車太累了實在折騰不起無奈回房間等待救援。一整夜房間都有流水的聲音我還住在頂樓，吐了吐了。
服務：房間兩瓶5毛一瓶的康師傅水，一家四口通知前台可否再送水，告知超過兩瓶得收費，第一次遇到這樣收費的，衹怪見識少，將近500的房費房間配置落後。前台服務落後，連5毛錢的水都得給你收費。我想問問你還剩下什麼？早餐雞蛋限量，專人派送，嚴禁多拿！祝未來各位入住的朋友能夠旅途愉快！個人覺得住賓館都比這強！
