Прекрасный отель который теряет уровень сервиса и бессмысленно просто теряет клиентов!!! Во-первых после регистрации и оплаты, уже у лифта мне указали что оказывается номер стоит дороже..)) Во вторых вся гостевая парковка занята непонятными автобусами даже не туристическими, мест для парковки нет, охрана за постановку автомобиля в ином месте отеля ходит ругается, на подземную парковку не пускают.. В третьих в номере все что полагается дают только после звонка (халаты, гигиенические средства, щетку..) Цена за полгода значительно выросла обстоятельства внешние понятны, но почему уровень сервиса упал???

Центральное место расположения, хороший персонал, четкость в заселении, но все портит....завтрак! никогда не видел такой подачи, выбора блюд и качества, как в этом отеле, не для нормального человека. Кормежка, иначе это не назовешь, невкусная, т.к. попробовал есть, но это не съедобно. Видимо повар работал ранее в больнице или в пионер лагере. Пример фото, там все такое. Я пошел кушать в другое место, т.к. от вида еды меня чуть не вывернуло! да и сесть негде, свет тусклый, очень не продумано и не гостеприимно!
