Shame on Red Lion Hotels! This location has deteriorated badly! Our room had no towels, no pillow cases, barely any hot water at the sink, a microwave that couldn't be plugged in, disconnected room phone, and no coffee for the room coffee maker. In the morning there was no coffee available in the "breakfast buffet" room. "I don't have access to the coffee machine", said the guy at the front desk. Our room key stopped working at 10am, check out is 12 noon. Ice maker in the hallway was broken, the next closest one that worked was behind a locked hallway door. Seems like they close and shut down sections of the hotel. The restaurant that is there has been red-tagged by order of the Fire Marshall. This includes a Do Not Enter order for the restaurant, bar, laundry, conference rooms, kitchen. This order is taped to the front door of the hotel, dated June 19, 2021. Apparently there was a wall collapse and the repair was done incorrectly. See attached picture of the Do Not Enter sign.

No water to shower. Water at bathroom sink was a trickle and took forever for hot water to get there. There was old food in mini fridge. Not particularly clean. Whole building looked run down. Don’t stay here.

This is not a hotel but caters to halfway home and homeless. Very shady guys walking in and out all day without any shirts and beer cans in their hand. Rooms are not clean and very outdated. Not a place I'd recommend to stay in twin falls. Motel 6 would be an upgrade after staying here. Staff flirting with people. Gm hides in office as he would not come out to talk to us about our concerns.

My sister and I stayed here May 27-29, 2022. We were told we couldn't check in until 3:00. Around 2:15, a family in an SUV (2-3 adults and 5 kids) checked in. We went to check in and the man at the desk was very reluctant to check us in. He took two phone calls on the hotel's phone without apologizing before using his cell phone to check with the cleaning staff. Our room was ready to go. Once inside, there was no shampoo (we brought our own, but still) and no Do Not Disturb sign. Our keys had to be "re-programmed" several times throughout our stay. The vending machine ate our money. The shower took 15-20 minutes to drain--the water was up around my sister's ankles at the end of a 15-minute shower. There also appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the shower. When we called to complain about a noisy family next door (quiet time was 10 pm, and we called at 11), it took until 11:30 for things to quite down (a little, not completely). People may say, "Well, this was a small town, what do you expect?" My sister stayed at a hotel in Ritzville, WA for $80/night that was better than this more expensive place. The only bright spot was a young Hispanic front desk clerk that lived by the "service with a smile" ethic. She was quick, kind, and professional. I hope she gets promoted, because she deserves better. We will not return to this hotel on our next trip.

I don't even want to give it a 1 star. Filthy room. Sheets didn't fit, wouldn't cover mattress. Hair in the bed with crinkled stained sheets. Mattress cover had stains all over. Hair in shower. Floors filthy. This was supposed to be a refurbished room. Hilarious! Complained to management, wrote to corporate office....... no reply.

First the hotel looks abandoned. 2nd I got back from a late night dinner ready to take a shower and relax, it was so hard to get the water to turn on and it only gets warm:(. I am so disappointed that I think I am going to cancel my reservation for tomorrow night and stay in one of the cheaper motels as I am sure it will be better.

This establishment has gone downhill since new owners have taken it over. The staff seems like they can walk out anytime. They talk about the new owners openly and tell guests that they are better staying off at another hotel. On positive note- some rooms are clean so it's a hit and miss. Breakfast is next to none and no amenities are offered. This has to be the one of red lion hotels that bring the whole brand down. Need new owners to bring it back or more involvement from current ownership to atleast keep employees from walking out

Went there when I was taking a BASE jumping class with the Snake River Base Academy. It was one of the recommendations from the instructors there. First thing I saw when I walked in was a couple guys packing BASE jumping parachute in the main lobby, so if you're a BASE jumper, this would be a good spot to stay. Definitely was not anything fancy whatsoever, but I was also in college and on a tight budget and wanted something a little nicer than the cheapest hotel in town, so I settled with Red Lion. Got the job done for what I was looking for.
