The hotel was really nice compared to other properties offering the same price. We appreciate the warm and polite staff who gladly assisted us during our stay. Rooms were clean, bright, and spacious. I really enjoyed the bathtub! I also appreciate the free coffee provided at the hotel lobby to which guests can enjoy any time of the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we will surely go back!

The room is very comfortable, with wet and dry separation, good sound insulation, and no noise! At the same time, there is a water dispenser outside with boiling water supply, which is very comfortable! The key point is that the double bed is super large and very comfortable to sleep on! Thumbs up!

We stayed one night due to business trip. Despite the Covid19 restrictions and regulations, which they implemented correctly, the staff were very good. Due to a malfunctioning air con and then a room without a fridge we actually changed room 3 times on arrival, all without a fuss. For the price we paid it was fine - lots of TV channels, strong shower with plenty of hot water and fast internet. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. We were on the front over the road but due to double glazing you did not hear the traffic - it is on a very busy junction. We didn't try the restaurant. Parking is limited and a bit of a challenge but the guard helps out.

Not the same with my expectation. I used to book in this hotel using other App. I got a nice room and more comfortable to stay before. But this one I didn’t notice that the room was not that spacious and also the bed was not that big. The hotel is convinient to stay because it is nearby of everything. Easy to locate too. Anyway thanks for the service. Hope gonna stay here again soon

Had a great stay here. I must say, this is by far the best hotel in Tuguegarao for me! Staff were polite and responsive to our needs. Room was a bit small but the space is bright, clean, and fragrant. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotel bathrooms in the city. There’s a smart TV which you can enjoy all day plus it’s subscribed to Netflix. There are also dining utensils and mini fridge inside the room so dining wouldn’t be a problem. The location is right along the local highway but can be hardly noticed especially at night. Overall, the stay was worth it for the price we paid. Will definitely stay in our future travels to Tuguegarao.
