Only complaints are that the property is situated within a large group of auto dealerships so it is lit up brightly at night & the walls are a little thin so noise from neighbors is a bit too loud. Staff & rooms/beds & cleanliness are great.

We were given a room that was occupied and it took a while to get a new room. The new room was disappointing with a poor shower tub.

I have been a customer since 1998. Expensive rate for the general conditions of the hotel. Dirty and old sofas and hallway carpets. the wifi signal intermittent. Do not stay in room 105. It needs urgent remodeling.

People upstairs were noisy, comode was clogged up. My wife mistakenly left an expensive sweater there & when we called them they kept bouncing us around to different extensions. So we called my son in Tucson to go and try to get it, they denied it was there. And the cleaning lady said she never saw it. It wasn't with us in the car and we didn't go anywhere but there. I know someone was lying. I won't go there again. I know it was my wifes fault, but i also know that we didn't go any place but there and we didn't Drop it.

This was a family visit. I've stayed here many times in the past for business.
Hotel did not disappoint.
Room was clean, ready, set. Easy check-in.
Friendly staff. Beds were a little worn on comfort, but that would be my only complain.

Loud rumbling and vibrating on the walls of our room when someone was showering in a room near by, this at around 11 o’clock at night..
