The hotel was nice however it needs a good cleaning. The blinds and base boards were covered so thick in dust you could write your name in it.
We dropped a bag of chips behind the fridge and found 3 other bags of chips not ours and food from a former guest.
We also found a used box of condoms sitting in a night stand.
We reserved and paid for a pool side room. When i arrived I was not given a room beside the pool. But rather was told the room could lead to the pool. Also, the third party's page said check out was by noon however the hotel said check out is 11:00.
Nice breakfast however, the staff was pleasant. Nothing too special. Also paid another $50. Deposit at the hotel for room damages that were not mentioned prior to Check in at the hotel. Takes 3 to 5 business days for it's return.

When we arrived at 3 o’clock check-in, our room was not ready, we had to wait till 345 until we check in. And then service at the front desk was sp****, so you had to call to see if someone would answer and come to the front desk.

We've been staying at this location for weekend trips over the winter for the past 10-15 years. While I have always overall enjoyed the hotel (great location), it's definitely become warn down as shown by stained carpet. It was crazy with kids' sports teams running around on a Saturday night and some loudness in rooms and halls as a result. The breakfast is okay with some hot items (sausage or bacon, eggs, hashbrowns), but it's not a focal point. The pool heater was out while we were there so the pool was essentially non-functional in the winter. I'd like to see this place get a facelift soon.

I attached pictures and they did not do the poor condition justice. The first room we were issued was covered in black mold. The curtains were badly soiled and looked as if blood was on them. The chair was deeply soiled and was not due to a single incident. The room smelled musty and damp. The second room we were issued was better, but still had mild on the ceiling and smelled. We had little choice so we lysoled the room opened the windows. We were glad to leave

Bath tub was peeling, wouldn’t drain, mattress was lumpy and sheets were old and beaded, not soft. And our neighbors blared their TV all night and front desk didn’t do anything about it.

First they put me in a room a didn’t reserve, I told them, First Lady said oh well. Next morning the maid said I was in the wrong room, I said I told them that last night. Tried to get a few days added, one guy did it no problem, next time I tried to add days, the same lady that put me in the wrong room wouldn’t add days. Overall not a very good stay.
Good breakfast though.
