Very nice room. Stylish. Great bed and television. Hot tub and pool. Great location.

The heating system was poor. I tried to move the thermostat up to a higher number for heat. It turned to cooling and I was unable to get it back to heating. I turned it off. Luckily, there was enough blankets on the bed to keep me warm.

The suite layout was sensible; mood and task lighting options were great; mystery ventilator between bedroom and sitting room gave us the choice between utter silence and useless throbbing. We chose the silent or “off” setting. The pool gate denied us access using our room cards, but a flexible wrist and an average length arm overcame the “security.” The pool area was very comfy and we met some nice people there who didn’t report us for breaking in.

The rooms are great for family. I love that they have a separate lounge area with pullout couch. Loved the gym setup. Front desk staff were nice and helpful at check-in. Walking distance to shopping and good food.

Upgraded hotel. Picture an old apartment building that was upgraded but in a not so safe area. Also signs everywhere saying “ not responsible of your car is broken into or stolen property “ staff was great.my room said shower and bath combo online but no bathtub in the room.

Was not ok that this hotel doesn’t offer any sort of handicap room. The bathroom was very difficult to get into with a wheelchair. My disabled father had to hop out of his chair to use the restroom! Not at ADA standards!

Not bad! Pros: Newly refurbished. Our standard room had a small separate living/TV area apart from bedroom (great for families where we all have different sleep/wake times). Conditioner in the bathroom (not all hotels provide this important necessity). Nice big new gym with new equipment. Cons: Though everything looked finished, there were many missing (somewhat annoyingly so) details. For example, the gym is missing yoga mats, horizontal surfaces (for setting keys, water bottles, etc), towels (for wiping equipment), etc etc. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom (where do I put our 3 wet towels?). Not very eco-friendly (lots of plastic wrapped disposable cups, no onsite recycling, etc). Other than that, a decent basic place.

Beds are very high needed a step. Towels were made hard to get I can not bend without pain. Otherwise outstanding, it's like being in a 1950-60's movie with John Wayne, lol

Great front desk lady! So nice and personalable. Only one odd thing. The coffee maker was in the bathroom literally next to the toilet.
