Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Greeted and checkin by a very warm guy who gave us some complementary chocolate, this put a smile on my 5 year olds face. Large and clean rooms. Spacious restaurant for breakfast, buffet well stocked, no waiting for food like some other premier inns. Server was very chatty and suggested days out with the kids.

The facilities were clean,the beds were comfortable and the food was excellent. The breakfasts were delicious abd the evening meals went down a treat. We found that there were very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be returning in future.

Without a human present and due my vision problems I couldn't check myself in. I was expected to do this. Eventually a human appeared and checked me in. I was unfamiliar with the need to activate the lights with the kecard. A moment taken to explain this would have been helpful.

Room wasn't as clean as would have hoped for. Kids had no WiFi which made their experience not ideal.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful here. Location is perfect for visiting Longleat and Bath with plenty of restaurants near by.

Breakfast was the only good thing about our stay. Room was freezing. Bathroom smelt of urine. Evening meal was awful and not worth the money. I’d advise to eat out at the restaurants around the hotel!
