Jkab Beach Resort

I stayed here with my friend for one night in room 138, but the room is dirty , The room does not have a view of the beach also the staff does not care about the guests(especially front office) so don't waste your money by staying here.…………………….. and don’t ordee food juice because that hotel fresh juice mean sunquick😂

The best place to relax with friends and families. Large clean rooms with beach view and pool view, delicious food, helpful employees, private beach and pool. Good place to have large friends and family events.

We were on the third floor, no lift. The rooms were spacious with glass front doors. Bathrooms can do with an update. Dining area can do with a fresh coat of paint or wall paper. Thankyou for keeping away those crows with nets around the dining room.Executive chef —Niranjan worked hard, a bit short staffed. Jimmy— food and beverage manager looked after the guest well. Rinojan— waiter, always pleased to greet and looked after the guest very well.Room attendants cleaned the rooms well but a bit slack on putting away someroom service stuff.

Relaxing stay. We have booked for 4 rooms. Great welcoming hospitality. 1st day standard rooms are very basic & second day we extend & change to the cottage style rooms. Good facilities & pool was cleaned however there were some small damaged tiles in pool. Restaurant team & F&B manager was very much hands on we had wonderful breakfast & nice seafood a la carte dinner fresh & very well balanced flavors.

We stayed at the JKAB hotel with my husband for two weeks, and during all these two weeks we were extremely satisfied with the hotel. Stunning views of the ocean and palm trees from the room, cozy infrastructure, well-groomed territory, delicious food at very affordable prices in the restaurant (we only had breakfast included, but this was also a plus, since lunches and dinners were ordered from the restaurant on the menu, delicious). Special thanks to Richard and Jimmy (I hope you will see this), you are the best :) the whole staff is generally very friendly, always with a smile, they responded to any request. The pool bar also always pleased with fresh delicious juices and good cocktails. Everything was just wonderful. We will definitely recommend JKAB to everyone and really hope to come back. Потрясающие виды из номера на океан и пальмы, уютная инфраструктура, ухоженная территория, вкусная еда по очень доступным ценам в ресторане (у нас был включен только завтрак, но это было и плюсом, так как обеды и ужины заказывали в ресторане по меню, вкусно). Отдельная благодарность Ричарду и Джимми (надеюсь, вы это увидите), вы - лучшие :) весь персонал в целом очень дружелюбный, всегда с улыбкой на улице, по любой просьбе откликались. Бар возле бассейна тоже всегда радовал свежими вкусными соками и хорошими коктейлями. Все было просто замечательно. Будем однозначно рекомендовать JKAB всем и очень надеемся вернуться.

We are a family of 3 adults and a 5 year old. We travelled on the night train from Colombo and arrived at the hotel approximately 630am. We were all very tired. We had booked a four night in 2 deluxe rooms but as these rooms weren’t ready at no extra cost for our early arrival we were shown two chalets where we could rest. Eventually after looking at the deluxe rooms we were upgraded to two lovely rooms with a sea and beach view. They were spacious and comfortable. There was some question about breakfast which I thought I had booked but eventually this was included in the price of our stay. We left a day early due to torrential rain and no charge was made for our early departure. The staff were friendly and professional and went the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Easy access to the beach close by. The beach is littered with rubbish but that’s not the fault of the hotel just an observation. Special thanks go to MrThrepan the housekeeping supervisor and Mr A Tuan Ramshan the hotel manager. Thankyou . Observations The pool tiles are cracked and need upgrading The room showers need attention as the pressure wasn’t good and the shower hose not secure.

Great little cabin right on the beach. Good food and service as well. I was staying at another nearby spot and checked out early to check into JKAB. Fresh King Coconut water is a big bonus as well. My cabin was pretty much touching the perfect beach. Will be back.

The resort has SO MUCH potential and they were doing repairs while we were there. You can tell it’s dated, our room had wall paper peeling off in a couple places, but it was clean and cold. The entire staff was very accommodating about anything. They restaurant was authentic Sri Lankan food, which was a little to spicy for me, but there was plenty of other choices, especially fruit. It’s right on the beach, but a lot of fishing ports were there. We did get to witness 20 + men bringing in their catch for the day, it was a 3 hour job and was pretty neat to watch. Being there during the weekend we got to witness 3 Sri Lankan weddings and each was a little different. The pool was the best part, surrounded by the coconut trees. Given time, this resort will once again be a nice place. The price per night was much cheaper than some of the others, I would definitely go back.

It was terrible room not clean. Lot of insect inthe room. F&b manager he was very bad service. People please dontgo tjat hotel. Im shure if you are book there it mess your trip🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁 there are very rough. They was destroy our sri lanla trip
