The most expensive and worst room I booked during my trip. Had a swarm of hundreds of ants in the bathroom, floor and counted at least 3 different kinds of bugs in the bed. Sink did not drain. Next to a rocky beach w litter. Got bit so many times at the beach. Sandflies. Breakfast quality is so poor. U can see fruit flies embedded n more ants everywhere. The worst was the attitude of the manager. He knows the shortcomings and cares NOT for the experience of the guest.

Just okay. Near the beach but the rooms are outdated. The staff service could be better. When we checked in there is no one at the reception. Then in the evening they called me and say they couldnt charge my credit card and need me to go pay immediately. After i went to the reception i told the staff it was not my credit card and that i paid via trip. They let me wait for like 10 min on checking other things. Can rent motorcycle from resort 300 baht per day which is reasonable. Breakfast was so so.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the island, making it convenient to explore various places. It's a pity they don't offer kayaking; otherwise, we could have enjoyed it right at the hotel. Watching the sunset is truly enjoyable.

My friends stayed at the Shanta’s which is really nice. I spent the days at their hotel because the landscape and layout was far superior. Also the Shanta rooms overlook the water whereas paradise is like a travel lodge motel. I understand the Shantaa is more expensive but the paradise was designed not to look very nice. There is much landscaping and a very sterile environment. The rooms and facility need updating. The breakfast is very low quality even the bread and juices. The main courses were maybe a 2 to 3 out of 5.
The service was fine in the lobby and housekeeping was ample. They did not replace my coffee and the shower gel was broken and I left it by the sink thinking they would repair it but they did not.
If you want to be near the beach and do not mind staying in average rooms with no view, this is the place. I was unable to find another reasonable priced hotel with good ratings on trip. The trip rating system is flawed since my service was fine and they do have amenities.

Arrived at the accommodation around 3:00 p.m. Check-in took almost half an hour. Even though there weren't many people checking in. The management system is very bad. The welcome drink was not given until I had to ask for it. The room was old and there were cockroaches in front of the room. But the facilities are complete. But everything is old. The hair dryer is old. Open the pump and the burning smell comes out. And it's not strong either. The rest was normal, not bad, but I don't think I would go again. It was the worst experience from all my stays. Both Thai and foreign Followed from a youtube open house, but the real thing is very different. Disappointed. The only thing that impressed me was the pool in front. The rest is as per the review.

1. Check-in staff is very slow. Check-in process: Ask for a copy of the guest's ID card. But didn't return the ID card. You must call to return it by post.
2. The wifi doesn't work. You have to call the front desk. Have a technician come and fix it.
