Can't get in the car park after 10pm. waiting 25 mins with 4 staff on reception.
Waited 20 mins to speak to someone... they just walk around pretending to be busy with pieces of paper.

Infested with bed bugs. Ended in hospital with allergic reatcyion due to a untackled avoidable condition.

Guys, the room was infested with bedbugs!! My kids ended in urgency at the hospital because of the HORRIBLE allergic reaction. Plus, a full day lost and hundreds of dollars in medication and trea**ent. Vacations ruined for this matter.

Very pleasant stay , staff very nice and helpful. Definitely will come back when in Toulouse. Simple but good breakfast , room clean , and the location of the hotel is very good to reach the town center and very close from the airport !!! Quiet and clean !!!!

A brief 1 night stay and while the rooms were a little dated, any shortcomings there were more than compensates for by the fabulous staff you were very welcoming, exceptionally helpful and catered for our every need.
