The inn was clean, the staff from the get-go was pleasant and accommodating. The person who greeted me was patient and kind; the breakfast preparer was delightful and very helpful. As we departed, the staff members was kind wishing us a safe trip. I was so pleased for the inn, I looked for another Quality Inn for the next night.

Front desk was rude. Rooms are in rough shape. Found bed bugs. Did not stay.
The manager the next day called and was very polite and seemed legitimately concerned. Refunded our money and seems like she is really trying to improve the place .

We were actually surprised because the price was right, that this place was as nice as it is. It’s in a decent location, and the rooms were very clean! Slightly outdated, there was some rust in the bathroom but it obviously didn’t affect our stay. I would stay here again for sure. Ohh and I left my iPhone charger in the room, but they had it when I came back for it a few hours later so shout-out to housekeeping.

It had a nice indoor pool area and it was in a convenient location. But the room felt stuffy and the air conditioner didn’t seem to help much. Overall, it was decent for a mid-priced hotel.
