The second time I came to Xizha, the service was still excellent. Xiaodai started communicating and sending parking location one day in advance. When we arrived, Xiao Dai and his son picked us up in the parking lot and took the battery car to the hotel. Our room was also upgraded and the two rooms were put together. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements for us. The minibar in the room is free, and there are fruits and sister-in-law cakes. The bed is big and comfortable. If you bring children, the hotel provides breakfast for the children. It is free for seniors over 70 years old in Wuzhen. The scenic spot is managed in a unified manner, which is very reassuring. When we left, someone from the hotel helped us to the parking lot. Very considerate service. Overall, the experience was great and I will come again when I have time.

The bar can make good cocktails with the price in line with the service and location. Only one note is that the umbrella in the room were both with problems but anyway a very good hotel experience and service.

Although the room is a little noisy because it's next to the road, I slept well because of the good bedding. The toiletries are all citrus-scented and the bathtub smells great. Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

It takes only five minutes to walk to the Xizha Scenic Area. The entrance is the south gate of the Xizha Scenic Area. . One thing to say, the night view of Wuzhen is really beautiful. Wuzhen’s scenic spot management is also very good. The room we lived in was very comfortable, and the service was very warm. Take a pair of slippers, adjust the TV, water temperature, etc., and respond immediately. I am very patient. I give this hotel a five-star rating, and I highly recommend friends to come to this hotel , experience it. Oh, by the way, this hotel also has free parking spaces. Just tell the housekeeper when you come and they will arrange it for you. If you don’t drive, you can take a taxi from Wuzhen Bus Station to this hotel in just a few minutes and cost 8 yuan. Very good value for money. The room is in the annex building, the front desk is on the right side of the hotel lobby. It is estimated that the whole season wine room is a boss. The room is the same as the whole season. The restaurant is shared with the whole season hotel, so the breakfast is good. The hotel's internal parking lot is large and parking is convenient. The only thing that feels insufficient is that there are not many restaurants near the hotel, and eating is not very convenient.

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

Hotel is located near to Dongzha (east gate) however it is not too far from Xizha (Westgate). The most scenic place in Xizha is approximately 2km away from this hotel. The hotel room is pretty clean and their receptionist are friendly. Upon check in, they gave us complimentary fruits and some amenities like toothbrush and slipper. Breakfast is a buffet style and pretty decent. We visited on November, the temperature is about 16 degree celcius outdoor, so hotel indoor including the room are releasing warm air. Called receptionist to check why our room is so hot, she told me that all the room is releasing warm air during winter. Overall is a pleasant stay!

The room facilities are too old, and the musty smell from the elevator corridor hits your face. Checking in was a bit frustrating, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were used towels thrown on the TV cabinet. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. The front desk was very polite and upgraded the room type for free. The air conditioner is really terrible, the cold wind is very strong, and it blows and stops for a while, and it feels a bit hot, so it starts blowing very cold wind again, and the baby caught a cold in one night. Now I am still stuck in Tongxiang because my baby has colds and fevers repeatedly. Also, let’s talk about breakfast. There are few categories, especially the tall guy wearing a chef’s hat who cooks wontons and noodles. He has a very bad attitude. The first time I asked him for a bowl of wontons and noodles, he didn’t respond at all. He didn’t even know. Did you hear it? He said it again and he rolled his eyes. When he went to ask for the second bowl, he was leaning on the counter playing with his mobile phone. He asked for a bowl of wonton stew. He muttered and cursed and reluctantly put down the phone and started cooking wonton stew. The experience was terrible. Eating breakfast felt like begging for food. I regret that I chose the old brand New Century in the first place. I am not happy.

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!
