Family-friendly Hotels in Tongxiang

Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

The second time I came to Xizha, the service was still excellent. Xiaodai started communicating and sending parking location one day in advance. When we arrived, Xiao Dai and his son picked us up in the parking lot and took the battery car to the hotel. Our room was also upgraded and the two rooms were put together. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements for us. The minibar in the room is free, and there are fruits and sister-in-law cakes. The bed is big and comfortable. If you bring children, the hotel provides breakfast for the children. It is free for seniors over 70 years old in Wuzhen. The scenic spot is managed in a unified manner, which is very reassuring. When we left, someone from the hotel helped us to the parking lot. Very considerate service. Overall, the experience was great and I will come again when I have time.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

Good location, just on the beginning of the West side entrance, but need to take a complimentary buggy into the reception lobby. Breakfast at the market was interesting, as you could order the dim sum you like from each stalls and sit anywhere around the water market area.

I upgraded to an executive room and I really like this room type. The bathroom, bedroom, workbench and wardrobe areas are separated just right so that they don't interfere with each other. Although the room is a little noisy because it's next to the road, I slept well because of the good bedding. The toiletries are all citrus-scented and the bathtub smells great. Bubbles are also very good

1. The location of Wuzhen Mingli Hotel is very good, the transportation is very convenient, and parking is free. We drove there from Shanghai in about an hour and a half at night, and it is only 800 meters away from the Wuzhen Scenic Area in a straight line, which is very convenient. 2. In terms of hotel quality, the overall hotel is decorated in an antique style, and the guest rooms are comfortable and clean. There are different themed suites and family rooms. Unfortunately, we were short of time and did not book a family room this time, but the two double rooms we stayed in were generally good. , the hotel also has many leisure and entertainment options, including a free outdoor swimming pool, game room, gym, children's playground, etc. 3. There is nothing to say about the overall service. From check-in to check-out, every step is meticulous and thoughtful, and the experience is OK. 4. The price is relatively good value for money and has high cost performance. If you are looking for a hotel in Wuzhen with convenient transportation, comfortable environment and good service, you can consider this hotel~

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

It is close to the boat pier, Muxin Art Museum, dyeing workshop, etc., making it convenient to go anywhere. Health: Clean, the bathroom is large. Facilities: The design of the hotel lobby is very stylish, with bamboo slips hanging above the head. The two-bed room in the hotel room is actually a suite with two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. The room type is said to be inspired by the inn where students who come to Beijing to take exams stay. I My friends and I like this design. It is independent and private, does not affect each other, and takes care of each other. Service: First-class service, the waiters are very discerning and make people feel like spring breeze. The breakfast is also very good. The only thing is that the view outside the room window is only white walls and blue tiles, but the flaws are not concealed. It is worthy of being a famous restaurant in Wuzhen where Internet tycoons have eaten!
