This our 2nd time saying here..
And it wont be our last..
The hotel is located near restaurants and not that far from the beach..
Rooms are clean and they smell great..!!
Hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly..
Especially Robert at the front desk ..

Although I always go by reviews I don’t usually leave one unless something absolutely exceeded my expectations but I have to say this stay was NOT great….
1. Front desk not friendly
2. Automatic doors do not work when entering. They ask you to manually slide the door and slide it back once you’re in.
3. A lot of cosmetic work that is needed
4. The tub had a sticky residue
5. The carpet in the room had a bad smell.
6. Fridge in the room was at max and it was barely cold.
7. Beds were ok
I definitely will not be coming back.

The stay was quiet and the room was a nice size. The lady at the check in was however very unfriendly. She wouldn’t stand to greet me and I felt I was interrupting her television show she was watching.

This hotel used to be Comfort Inn and my family stayed there many times. For a shore hotel it is fine. They were not doing breakfast like they have in the past and that is a shame.The clerk that handled our check in was very helpful but you can see that they are still finding their way as a new hotel.

Always a Nice Getaway with a midget Nature Preserve in the back!
Very Well located!
Very clean, very good condition, nice area to take a walk.
And the staff , particularly Robert, are very nice.

The room was clean, bed good, working fridge, desk, dresser, arm chair. No microwave, but a couple available in the kitchen area. Absolutely fine - especially for the price.

It is a good value.motel6 in toms river is same price and awful.
I just wish they offered cheaper prices for extended stays.Thankyou
