The location is great! 24-hour restaurants are in walkable distance and the convenience store is just downstairs. We spent whole day outside and didn't try the food in the hotel tho. Everything is just right in here. Really comfy!!

Central Tokyo
My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at The Kitano and overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few pros, the room was clean and larger than expected. The hotel only had 4 floors so it gave a boutique feeling in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, especially at breakfast (but felt like they could have helped a bit more when trying to find dinner, which was a bit difficult for us). Worth mentioning, the location was a little far from the sights and not on the JR loop so we had to take the regular subway which took a little extra planing and time. The general area didn’t have many good restaurants so plan ahead. Even though we enjoyed our stay but as tourists we would probably select a different location next time.

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi
Great hotel in a quieter area of Tokyo. The popular Akihabara neighbourhood is within walking distance. Check-in process was easy and staff were helpful. Room was clean, quiet and nice. It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We used Bakuroyokoyama and Iwamotocho stations to access the Toei subway and Barocho station to access the JR train.

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi
Welcoming and kind staff, every service available, even a small bathtub, hair straightener and all the accessories for the toilet, the places to sleep are somewhat reminiscent of cemetery niches but are clean and equipped with light, curtains, duvet and power point, everything is very clean, about 30 minutes from the station, many good restaurants for all tastes in the area! A nice experience

Central Tokyo
The hotel locates at the tranquil part of Tokyo with convenient access to restaurants and subway stations. The highlight of my stay was the astonishing view outside the window, which can look at the Sky Tree Tower from afar, very clear though. Also, the hotel has the oldest Japanese Park.

Ueno/Asakusa
I went on a Christmas trip with my brother. The location was good as it was right in the middle between Ueno Station and Akihabara. Transportation was convenient as Ginza Line Station was almost right in front. I booked a twin room, and it was the most spacious accommodation I've stayed in in Tokyo so far. No matter where you stay in Tokyo, there are only a few places where you can open two suitcases. It was large enough that we could spread both of them out and eat all the food from the convenience store. However, you will have to give up a little on the size of the bathroom. Thanks to you, I am having a happy Christmas!
