Convenient location with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. Outlook of hotel is ok but the amenities are old.

Perfect location. Close to the royal palace, shopping center, money exchanger, etc. Restaurant is also great but don’t have fresh fruits. The only thing I don’t like is some hotel facilities are a bit old like the toilet door bathtubs hand washing basin etc. but everything is clean.

Even the building itself is a bit old, I always love to stay here whenever I visit Tokyo. It’s great choice for shopper. Just 2 blocks away to Ginza Main Street. The CP value is high if you are budget traveler. Room is clean but washroom equipment may need some improvement. It’s great location. You may keeps your luggage in lobby if you plan to come back to the same hotel later.

The hotel is in prime location for train stations, the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
The room had everything I needed...
The breakfast was sus, lol I had a few things and looks at some things and passed on it...
I would stay again when I visit Tokyo

Location is very good as it is nearby the JR station, walking to the station within 5 minutes.
There had 3-4 convenient stores around the hotel. We can buy the drinks and desserts at night. HAHA
The staff was nice and helped me to change the non-smoke room as I booked the smoking room with misunderstanding.
You can deposit the luggages at the lobby a day for free, so you don't need to take your gips to everywhere during the trips.
However, the facilities and appliances were a bit old. The wall in the bathroom turned yellow.
