Riverside Hotel Sumida Koto

It's not very good, but I can't say it's a very good hotel. Moreover, no matter how many times I tried to call them, they would not connect and I would only hear announcements, so I could not say that the service was very good. I've never seen a place with such poor customer service even though it's a reasonable price. To be honest, I was surprised.

I used it for the first time. The people at the front desk were polite, kind, and guided us carefully. There is also a supermarket nearby, so shopping is not a problem. Also thank you.

Close to the station and generally comfortable. Supermarkets Maruetsu and Family Mart are nearby and convenient. There are many dining options such as ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, Yoshinoya, Mac's, family restaurants, and stylish pizza shops. I intended to get a non-smoking room, but unfortunately it was a smoking room. Cleanliness is average.

Less than 3 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. It's not that the service is bad, but it's a pretty old business hotel. The entrance is locked from 25:00 to 7:00 a.m., and you cannot go out freely. The building and equipment feel old everywhere. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom smelled of disinfectant chlorine. I can still tolerate it for business use by one person on a business trip, but I think it would be quite difficult for families or couples to use it.

It's a little small, but it's quiet and safe. Moreover, if you exit Kikugawa Station A2, it is only 100 meters on foot. Even if you carry a suitcase for travel, you will feel that it is not so hot on a midsummer night. I arrived at Haneda Airport from overseas this time, and I was happy to be able to make a reservation even after 10pm.

The welcome service included a newspaper and a 350ml bottle of water or canned beer! I was grateful as it was a hot day. There were restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience.

It's a homely atmosphere, and the staff's response is warm.

I chose a place near the train station, which is very close to the training venue. The price is reasonable and perfect for business use. Because the station is close, I think that it is good to move along the railway line.

最近東京のホテルの値上がりにびっくりですが、なぜか安く泊まれてありがたかったです。　駅近ですし、ホテルは古いですが、泊まることだけを考えるなら別に問題なしです。　コンセントが少ないのが残念でした。
