Nice little hotel, cheap and cheerful. Rooms have seen better days but if you’re just using it to sleep in then it’s no problem. Wonderful, kind staff.

It is basically a former apartment converted into a hotel. There is no one at the counter at night, so if you have any problems, you can solve it by yourself, or make an emergency call. The price is cheap, so you can’t ask for too much. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it is suitable for people who are used to traveling independently in Tokyo. , for those who don’t want to spend too much money on accommodation!

It is easily accessible as it is about a 5 minute walk from Tokiwadai Station and about 8 to 11 minutes by train to Ikebukuro.
I'm very satisfied with the price given the location, but non-smokers may find it annoying that there were only smoking rooms.

-All rooms are smoking rooms, but it doesn't smell like cigarettes as expected.

I was worried because there were many reviews saying it was noisy, but when I closed the window, the soundproofing was so good that I couldn't hear any other sounds!
It had everything you need, including an induction stove, gas range, crockery, coffee pot, detergent, etc., and the space was spacious, so I had a really nice stay.
