Totally acceptable with price to pay nearly the JR station and ease to connect with other via tokyo station only in 8-10 min.

設施比較老舊，房間不通風，所以空氣清新劑的味兒一直在，還有最大的問題是衞生，床品不乾淨，慎選

房間裏配置了這個酒店集團都有的微波爐好評，用的還是海爾和海信好評。門鎖用的是很古早的密碼鎖有點意思。窗外就是JR車站還不錯，步行5分鐘內。但是衞生打掃很差，進門掀開馬桶一股惡臭（來自上一位客人或酒店人員），這什麼意思？HSKP聞到臭味也不給開着通風，就放着薰下一個客人是吧。下水道也老化了會返臭味（浴缸和台盆都是），而且非常省錢的二合一龍頭放出來的永遠是渾濁的水（不是那種熱水混冷水時物理效應導致的渾濁）。如果是工作日還能忍，但週末會比工作日貴好幾倍，週末完全不值得住

服務態度很好，
衞生很不錯，環境優雅。附近很方便，步行5分鐘就可到達超市和餐館。離地鐵站近，就是衹有一條線的地鐵。

ディズニーリゾートへの旅行で利用しました。
シャトルバスがないのが心配でしたが、舞浜まで3駅で駅からも徒歩数分で近く、あまり苦になりませんでした。
駅周辺は落ち着いた雰囲気で、遅くまでやっているスーパー、コンビニ、お弁当屋さんがあってかなりよかったです！
お部屋自体は決して広くはありませんでしたが、最低限の設備が整っていてよかったです。
1つ欲を言えば他の口コミにもあったとおり、朝食がもう1パターンでもあると嬉しいです。3泊しましたが、全く同じだったので少し飽きてしまいました。（おにぎり、ソーセージ、ミートボール、焼き魚、漬物のお弁当でした。）
