前から気になっていた東京駅八重洲口至近のサービスアパートメント、この類いはアスコット丸の内を何度か利用しており、何となく心構えはできていた。 ・入口からセキュリティは厳重。自動ドアを開けるのもまずモニターに予約者名を伝える必要がある。 ・フロント横にラウンジあり。開放感のあるセンスのよいスペース。コーヒー類は自由に飲めるらしい。 ・バスタブがなくシャワーのみの部屋もあるようで、バスタブ有りで選んだらデラックススイートがそうらしく、入ったらすぐにコンパクトなキッチンとリビングルーム、奥が角部屋になっていてそこがベッドルーム、広いガラス張りの向こうに大丸が入っているグラントウキョウと東京駅八重洲口広場が見える 。この２つの部屋の間にバスルームと洗面、トイレと洗濯機、なんとビューバスになっていた。 ・リビングは広くはないが落ち受ける空間。Wi-Fiが弱いようで通信が時々途切れた。ベッドルームはカーテンを開け放すと大丸から覗かれそう。 ・パジャマは備え付けはないみたい、注文すると持ってきてもらえる。 ・高層階を希望したのだが真ん中より下の階だった。居住者もいるためか、或いは初利用だったからかはわからない。 この手の「ホテルではないがそれっぽい空間」だと承知していれば十分満足できる設え。フロントスタッフの皆さんも丁寧な対応だった。

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

We stayed as a family of four and the hotel offered everything we needed at an affordable price. The location is very convenient for Akihabara and connecting to anywhere on the JR or metro networks. It’s about a five minute stroll to the station and Akihabara beyond. Additionally, it’s only two stops from Tokyo station, making our journey to Kyoto via Shinkansen very easy. The room was very spacious for Tokyo and we never felt on top of each other. The washing machine was very helpful and allowed us to pack lighter and reuse our clothes, making our next stops in Kyoto and Osaka more straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful and looked after our cases on arrival. Overall, this place was ideal for our needs and I would happily recommend it to families looking for a reasonably priced stay in a really convenient location.

The hotel is very close to Akihabara. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is very close to the JR station and the Hibiya Line subway station. It is convenient to travel. The Tokyo subway is very developed. The hotel is a quiet place. There are Lawson, a small supermarket, and cosmeceuticals nearby. Shop, hotel room with three beds is very spacious and comfortable. There is a washing machine, microwave and small kitchen tableware. It is very good. The boss is Chinese. It is very convenient to communicate without barriers. He is very enthusiastic, patient and super nice. My mother has bad legs and feet, and it is inconvenient to walk. It's easy to get tired. The last day is an evening flight. The boss gave us an extended check-out, thank you so much👍
