The staff was great as I got help with the heater that briefly stopped working. The front desk was ok. I was in a room unfortunately that had several roaches. After the 4th roach, I left the property at 2am because I did not feel comfortable falling asleep. I have stayed there before, however, did not encounter the issue. They need to get pest control involved asap.

I get the fact that it is a two star hotel. But the bathroom was dirty and overall nasty. But very cheap

Double charged for the stay. When confronted they offered to refund 1 charge, but ran a 3rd charge overdrawing the account. After filing fraud with the bank they turned off our keys. Took 3 trips across the grounds to finally get access to the room we paid 3 times for. The breakfast was old bagels, stale cereal or a waffle with no butter, or syrup. Coffee was cold all day as was the staff. Never again will i stay at a UNQUALIFIED INN.

The hotel is older but comfortable. Bathtub had some stains on the outside but was clean. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Breakfast could have been a bit better ( not many choices).

Room was not properly cleaned. Bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned. Entire surface was covered with cleaner residue. Shower curtain bottom was moldy. Corners of shower and bathroom were dirty. Next door room played loud music. Tried to contact staff several times by phone and no one answered phone. Tried to checkout early and staff couldn't work computer and provide receipt.
