A family came to Binhai New Area at the end of the short holiday. We chose Marriott's apar**ent more than a month in advance. It lived up to everyone's expectations. I booked an open-plan suite in advance. When I checked in at the front desk, I was told that I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. I was very happy at the time. As a result, I was assigned the worst room type. It was located at the end of the corridor. The windows of the living room and bedroom were narrow windows with a length and width of less than 50 cm. The room was dark and depressing, like a prison. The family called the front desk directly to ask for a room change. The front desk knew what was going on as soon as they heard the description and immediately agreed to change the room. The room after the change was a one-bedroom suite with a normal large window, which was much brighter. . . When I went to check in, I went to the facial recognition by mistake. The waitress said very coldly that it was not done here. Then I went to another front desk to check in. The waitress had a bad attitude and was generally indifferent. I didn't know what her intention was to change the worst room on her own initiative. We also brought our children. Of course, I went to check in alone and didn't see the children at the front desk. The waitress who changed the room was very nice. Later, she sent fruit to express her apology. I met the cleaning lady in the corridor and gave children toiletries and slippers, but there was only a toothbrush and no toothpaste. . . The room was relatively clean and the breakfast was OK, but there were many people during the holidays... The service of the front desk waitress needs to be improved... It does not meet the hotel standards... There is no service awareness as a whole. When I was preparing to check in at the front desk, I didn't know which front desk to go to. Several people in work clothes didn't ask for guidance, which gave people a very chaotic feeling... When I left the hotel, the male front desk waiter gave me a doll and two bottles of water. This was the only moment I could feel the service... The front desk service is three stars, the hygiene standard is five stars, and the breakfast is four stars...

This time, I took my children to Binhai New Area for a May Day trip and chose to stay in a one-bedroom and one-living room at Marriott Executive Apar**ents. It was the right choice. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel also prepared welcome fruit and good night milk for us. The cleaning was timely and the service attitude was very good. The hotel breakfast was more of a Tianjin style. In short, the stay experience was very good and I will continue to choose to stay here next time I go to Binhai.
