房間很不錯，在天津來説這個價位很棒了！裝修粉粉的很好看，衞生間也很乾凈，房間裏竟然還有洗衣機和冰箱。除了電視下的電視櫃，還有兩張桌子，一張帶舒適的椅子可以辦公學習，另一張是在沙發旁的圓桌，可以吃外賣也能學習，非常贊！後悔沒早發現這家，頭一晚是住的奧城這邊另一家民宿，比這家貴四五十，條件還不如這家，那家民宿設施舊，而且馬桶特別老又黃，整個衞生間是全透明玻璃而且異味特別大，特別臭，當時辦入住後發現衞生間的問題後想跟老闆商量退房，我們當時是連定了兩晚，老闆不給退當天的衹給退了第二天的，所以當時將就着住了一晚，澡也沒洗頭也沒洗一直忍着，第二天發現這家，媽呀兩家一對比高下立判，啟點民宿的房間乾乾淨淨衞生間也沒有異味，關鍵還有洗衣機，當天晚上舒舒服服洗了個澡好好睡了一覺。
