很出乎意料，房間很大，也很乾凈，地理位置也好，樓下有便利蜂有星巴克有必勝客，離海洋館也超級近。店家也好好的，有需求隨時發微信，及時回覆解決！下次去還會選擇這裏

房間非常乾淨 孩子玩的不亦樂乎的 屋裡邊有小帳篷 滑梯和鞦韆 孩子玩的超開心 都不想睡覺了

住的房間 櫃子是壞的 也不乾淨 很多灰塵 這個價格也是可以的 差評主要是我訂的那天就是杜蘇芮來的時候 前一天晚上打電話給店家問可不可以退房 確實也是想試試 能退就退不能退就不退 因為頁面上已經寫好了提前一天12點之前退房 這個我是知道的 也沒抱希望想着問問 如果能退 就不用冒着颱風去了 還能把錢退回來 如果不行 風雨太大就不去了 但是店家回覆的 很生硬……他説 你那有風雨是你那得事 我們公司規定衹能12點之前退 主要對他這個回覆態度很不滿

距離極地海洋世界挺近的，隔了一條街道。在五礦的物業裏，除了四樓有一條狗狗汪汪叫之外，整個樓裏很安靜，隔音也不錯！由於訂的房間空調有問題，給調到了主題房，孩子挺喜歡的。周邊配套差了，吃飯有點彆扭。地下一層有個食堂，一樓有個羊湯，出去有個必勝客。還有個便利蜂。就是買東西啥的費勁。

#好評#對走廊隔音，鄰近店舖，酒店氣味，房內採光，房間佈局滿意；第一次定公寓，公寓卫生很好，住着很舒服，夜里11点多给房主打电话咨询，态度很好，离海洋公园很近，最不好的一点就是大门安保说好停车费免费，早晨走以后要20停车费，这点要注意
