房間定的豪標，結果空間卻很小，裏面除了兩瓶水什麼也沒有，衞生間衹有特別小的一卷紙，我們是三口人給了兩個枕頭，問前台就説沒有了，標準就是一個床一個枕頭，後來説給我找一找然後就再也沒有然後了，我住了那麼多年酒店第一次遇到，還有床品被子頭黑不溜秋感覺沒洗而且被單是破的，好幾個大窟窿，我第一次遇到這種品質的酒店，房費居然是六百多一晚，而且無早，不知道這個價格值在哪裡？如家這個品牌難道衹管加盟不管品控的嗎？

設施：最差，空調壞的，為什麼明知道空調壞了暫時沒法修還要把房間租出去？空調一開始是壞的，顯示Fo不出風，後來修了一次後登登的響但是這個沒法立刻修，半夜一點把我吵醒，兩點才睡着，這些平時我都能忍，但第二天得考試，所以當時很煩
衞生：我自己帶了酒店一次性隔臟床單被罩，拆開酒店的被套想換，看到黃色污漬好幾處，從來不洗被芯嗎？住這麼多次酒店，第一次給差評 我也不想輕易差評，但真的給我添了很多麻煩和困擾
服務：唯一的點的四個笑臉的是服務，前台短直髮姐姐很好，努力幫忙解決問題拿被子
