Unexpectedly awesome! Before we even arrived at the hotel, the store owner called us to tell us how to get around. He asked about the check-in situation and was given a free upgrade to the family suite. After adding the contact information, the store owner even came out to pick me up and take me to the room. It was really thoughtful.
The room is super big, the view is super good, the equipment is very complete, very clean, the environment is super good, the layout is very warm, the whole family is very satisfied, the surrounding area is super convenient for eating, shopping or taking public transportation and subway! (I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures first. I only remembered to take pictures before I left, so I can ignore the traces of check-in and it looks a bit messy.)
I will book here next time I come to Tianjin!
