Hotel is located close to seaport and it’s opposite to cars bonded zone. Very comfortable for car buyers. Evening it was starting to smell cigarettes, rest is ok. Clean and good 4* hotel.

不得不誇一句酒店服務太好了，夏俊紅段艷劉青霞服務很好，到店送了水果牛奶糕點，我們同行的有小姑娘還送了一衹兔子玩具，離店時説了一句牛奶很好喝又給我們拿了兩盒牛奶。因為我們到達時間太晚了，設施沒來得及全部體驗。酒店的用品也很好，隅田川的咖啡、acca的洗漱用品。總之很滿意的一次體驗，下次有機會會帶着朋友一起來。

瑞灣開元名都酒店有寬敞的停車場，房間衞生乾淨，隔音好，夏俊紅段燕劉青霞服務很好，還送水果糕點。餐廳李建杏熱情周到，雖然酒店不是主打親子，但是遇見的工作人員都很熱情，都是主動服務這一點真的很贊！體驗過一些酒店，錢多錢少放一邊，這家酒店的人情味給我們流下深刻的印象，最後祝酒店生意興隆！

第一次入住瑞灣開元名都酒店，是一家很有年代感的酒店，設施有點陳舊，訂的大床房還不錯衞生乾淨，服務非常好，早餐質量很高，有很多的天津特色小吃，王瑩瑩還送了水果點心服務周到都很滿意，交通方便距離高鐵站打車不到十分鐘的路程，環境不錯停車場很大。推薦入住

濱海新區很讚的酒店，無論硬件還是服務，都夠得上五星酒店標準。前台給免費做了升級，房間視角很好，白天和夜晚景色都很美。出差忘了帶充電器，本想問前台有沒有掃碼可租的線充，結果服務員直接給送上來一個，非常感謝。前台也好，樓層的服務人員也好都非常熱情有禮貌。早餐可選擇性很多，很美味。劉靜女士很熱心地幫忙拿東西，瞭解到當天要退房，還給裝了酒店的小點心和酸奶路上吃，真是太貼心了！雖然衹短短住了一晚，但是酒店真是給我留下了很好的印象，以後去濱海出差還會選擇這家。

不是國際連鎖酒店但還是給人一些驚喜的，天津瑞灣酒店有免費停車場，去海洋博物館航母方特等地方交通方便，房間衞生乾淨細緻，設施齊全，段燕夏俊紅劉青霞服務很好送水果糕點，還有小朋友的小禮物，有點特點的早餐特別豐盛，值得親子濱海新區旅行推薦。

瑞灣開元名都酒店，房間乾淨窗外就是海景，位置也方便附近有網紅圖書館，還有海洋館等，設施齊全還有大的停車場，特別是酒店的服務非常好，早餐豐富多樣服務員賈來琴服務非常好，蒸紅棗非常愛吃，還帶了小點心，非常貼心，一定會介紹朋友過來的。

位置不錯，交通出行和停車很方便。酒店設施雖然時間長了，但仍然很衞生、整潔，上下電梯多，完全不用等。早餐豐富、有特色，服務非常到位，驚艷之一，尤其是茶湯、牛肉麪等，湯味正宗。客房服務很好，晚上還有果汁、銀耳羹等，服務員送到客房，夠體貼。一層堂的咖啡廳，下午茶的服務也很好的，對所提要求都一一滿足，真不錯！特別要謝謝石霞、劉靜、段艷、劉情和夏俊紅幾位，謝謝所提供的服務和幫助！
