預訂時有些猶豫，但入住後發現酒店環境很不錯，房間很大，最後一天孩子比賽想回來洗澡，前台Ronnie還給免費延時退房到3點半，十分感謝！下次來天津還會考慮入住，不錯！

來看演唱會，出行當天臨時訂酒店所以沒有訂到湖景朝向。check in的時候發現酒店週末有大型會議前來開會的客人很多，前台小哥貼心選擇開會人員入住較少的樓層拐角房間避免被打擾，並且在諮詢後熱心推薦周圍好吃的特色餐廳。入住後發現房間面積很大，設施確實如之前客人評價有點陳舊，畢竟開業時間很長了，不過維護的還可以。
酒店門口就是地鐵站，出行十分方便，離天津體育館步行距離不到半小時，散場人多沒有打車地鐵，場館對面有很多共享單車，騎回酒店10來分鐘，十分悠閑，且是一條筆直路線，路痴也不會走錯，下次過來看演唱會的話會繼續入住。

非常愉快的入住體驗，不虧是老牌Marriot旗下的酒店，品質一如既往地無可挑剔，非常值得推薦。前台經理Serena熱情貼心的接待，讓人如沐春風，立刻有了回家般的感覺。酒店硬件設施非常齊全，員工熱情親切，地理位置非常優越，距離天津賓館地鐵站僅有一步之遙。真的是五星推薦！選擇這裏不會讓您失望的。

比一般的品牌五星要大，從大堂到房間都是如此，寬敞乾淨，性價比很高！唯一的建議，換個洗手間台盆吧，太小了容易濺水，和整體大氣風格不匹配

跟前台説房間最好不要挨着電梯，然後前台把房間訂到電梯附近。大晚上的，懶得換了。一大早被外面吵醒，隔音超級差。沒有小童牙刷。訂的標間，床頭沒有插手機充電器的插座。最後才發現插座在牀頭櫃最下面，且在最後面。超級難找，翻了半天才找到。房間裏面的冷飲都是收費的，且沒有把收費項目放在明顯地方，也是翻了半天才找到。五星裏面體驗最差的一個。
