Accepts foreigners!
The hotel is very comfortable with a business/vintage vibe. The guesthouse rooms are good and spacious. I just wish they had more comfortable couches and I didn’t like that they had price lists and price tags on some items in the room. Apart from that, it’s a comfortable stay especially if you’re just there for the day or for business.
Very clean.
Very spacious.
Very close to all the best places in Binhai.

The location on Third Street is quite good, there are not many parking spaces, but the little gothic at the door made me block the door for a while.

不咋乾淨，清明節漲價可以理解，翻倍漲，服務卻跟不上，洗手枱下面有的毛巾跟抹布一樣，準備給擦腳的？喆啡還以咖啡為文化，説真的，好難喝。
吹風機讓人用的捉急，用熱了，自動斷電，還要等好一會.早餐更別説了，花樣挺多，都不好吃。對喆啡印象不好了，下次換其他品牌。

這次天津出差選擇了喆啡酒店入住，感覺非常不錯，性價比高，地理位置還可以，停車位比較充足， 很安靜，酒店服務很熱情，還配有健身房，洗衣房，房間大小合適，床品舒適，喆啡的枕頭果然是明星產品， 以後可以考慮家裡也買一個，睡着超級舒服，讓人很放鬆，早餐有30多種，個人認為是非常豐富的，走的時候前台還會給拿加熱的水給我們，特別温馨，整體非常滿意
