房間很大，一家人住很方便，就是空調不太好用，感覺有點冷，被子也不厚。不過其他設施都挺好的，夜景特別美。交通也很方便，離天津站，地鐵站，公交站，商場，步行街都特別近

很不錯的公寓，設施很完善，比一般的民宿好，之前住的民宿冰箱一股子怪味，這家不會。地理位置也很不錯，去哪玩都很方便。服務態度也很好，來不及退房了可以加錢延時，在房間裏隨便拍都很出片，河景也很漂亮，確實很不錯

設施：沒有暖氣，投影也是壞的，地板、馬桶、牆壁整體都已經年舊失修，根本不具備住宿條件，按照公寓標準來説早該重新裝修，不理解這種沒有暖氣，一層薄被的公寓可以上線還4.5評分，刷的嗎？最關鍵的是凍吐了還凍感冒了。
衞生：特別埋汰，大家能夠看到，真不知道怎麼才上的線這種本就不應該在網上了，純屬坑人。
環境：更不用説了，特別破爛的環境，最關鍵是沒有暖氣，被子還是那種薄的，我把羽絨服蓋在身上，第二天凍感冒了，半夜還凍吐了。
服務：根本沒有服務，特別差。

地理位置特別好，去哪都很方便。開車來的話，樓下停車位一小時六塊，住店沒有優惠，除了車位比較富裕沒有亮點。居住設施還算ok，衞生間很大，地熱冬天很暖和，窗户年久失修不太嚴，地板不知道經歷了什麼很多都被煙頭燙壞了。不過瑕不掩瑜，還是比較值得推薦的，特別是跨年那晚座在飄窗上就看了幾個小時煙花秀，這一點就超值啦。最後一張照片，大家開車來可以把車放海河邊上張自忠路輔路上，不貼條。

春節前一天從海南返程入住本公寓，公寓比較寬敞。距離幾個景點都非常近，樓下就是恆隆、勸業場的商業街，非常棒。

服務很好，酒店位置也不錯，河景很不錯 夜景也還行，總體上與店家描述的差不多，就是外賣需要自己去樓下外賣櫃取，對於我這種懶人來説挺難受的 除此之外挺好 房間有微波爐這點給好評
