一進去，又大又寬敞，而且還很乾凈，衞生做得特別好，推開門的時候，就很喜歡了，很不錯，而且前台服務員也耐心講解，儘量滿足顧客要求，這是第一次來住，以後還會常來，真心不錯，我給好評

首先濱海這邊公寓酒店非常多，第一次來濱海，我覺得周邊屬他們家的性價比最高，價格平民，而且還特別乾淨安靜，出差不二首選，首先前台在浙商大廈28樓，前台服務小姐姐，小賈特別熱情的接待，其次就是問有什麼需求，服務非常熱情，而且樓層很高可以看到周邊的海河，夜景，房間乾淨，寬敞明亮，而且商務大床還是巨幕投影，所有會員電影一覽盡收，非常舒適，超級隔音，很棒的體驗，下次出差還會來這家，美呈高檔酒店公寓！

首先服務態度特別好，晚上有需要幫忙的都能聯繫到前台。其次環境也非常不錯，屋裡很温暖，空調很給力，配套都完善，價格也適中。特別適合出差或旅遊居住。算是整個樓裡邊性價比最高的公寓了。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，體驗感不錯，性價比OK，值得推薦。就是熱水器不知道怎麼回事，早上起來沖個澡，洗一半突然沒水了，關閉閥門又燒了一會
