The elevators are terrible, we spent 30 minutes waiting for them. Breakfast was too crowded and not a lot of choice. The room was very nice. The kids play are was very good, we won a Pikachu out of the game machine.

前台小姐姐非常熱情，我們是帶着兩個小朋友，主動幫忙升級了房間，房間包含2天的極地海洋公園無限次門票哦，酒店步行到公園3分鐘左右，超值！

房間乾淨舒適，前台辦理入住的短髮小姐姐説話温柔，安排的房間還能看到海河，夜景不錯，客房大姐們送物也特別快，有求必應，入住體驗相當不錯，🥳前台加購的門票也可以兩天多次來回海洋館，非常推薦親子出行

帶孩子來玩，房間乾淨且空間大，主題色彩明顯。選了孩子喜歡的美人魚房間。早餐可選擇的空間也很多。
兩天時間可以重複入館，性價比很高！

酒店位置佳，在天津極地海洋公園旁邊步行10分鐘就能到，帶寶寶去非常方便。而且兩日內可以多次刷身份證入園，喜歡看的館還能再看，不用擔心錯過。
設施：酒店齊全，我們入住時升級了企鵝套房，大床足夠大且舒適，有小童小帳篷。頂層有健身房，3層有小童樂園，滿足大人小孩多種需求。
服務：房間給免費安床位，打前台電話詢問迴應都很及時。早餐自助種類一般。
入住體驗舒適輕鬆，樓下就是停車場、會推薦朋友再來。

特別好，超級推薦。房間設施新，酒店內工作人員服務態度好，有賓至如歸的感覺，離極地海洋館又特別近，步行幾分鐘就可以到達，孩子都説，下次來還要住這個酒店！

設施：房間非常棒，北極熊主題房童趣可愛，佈局合理，寬敞明亮，足夠兩個孩子盡情玩耍，甚至都不想去海洋公園了，第二天退房去別的景點遊玩後孩子都還想回來住。非常滿意!
衞生：剛一進一樓大堂和電梯有一些味道，還覺得有些擔心。進去房間之後出乎意料的好，沒有一點問題，再下樓也沒有味道了，可能正好有遊客不知道帶了什麼有味道的東西。
環境：打開窗簾可以看到海河和遊船，酒店距離海洋館很近，走幾步就到了，周邊還有一家本地好評頗高的海鮮小館，很不錯!就是周邊轉了好幾圈找不到葯店，好在現在**也很方便，外賣下單很快就能送到。
服務：服務十分熱情，本來定的一大床一小床，看帶了兩個孩子，又一時沒有收拾好的房間，幫我們升級了帶雙層床的主題房，讓孩子在整個住宿過程中都十分興奮。海洋館的門票也特別叮囑使用注意事項，玩回來還看到贈送的果盤，十分貼心。酒店的自助品質也十分不錯，也有本地的特色早餐，吃的很好。退房方便快捷，免手續，投卡即走，省時省心。
整體住宿體驗非常好，為整個旅行過程增分不少，下次來還會繼續選擇。推薦!
