This hotel is in a GREAT location for tourists (near heaps of great restaurants and bars - scenic area and Heping Road shopping) or business travellers (I was attending a conference at the Meijiang conference centre) and has really lovely big modern rooms. The downsides - there is only 1 lift for all 10 floors (which are dispersed throughout 24 floors) of the hotel so the wait for the lift can be frustrating, also the reception staff struggled with the fact I had made 2 separate bookings (to separate work from personal travel) for the same room even though it was carefully explained in Chinese and a note should have been recorded against the room - instead it meant my room wasn’t serviced properly on my last full day and also my room keycard was deactivated. The irritations aside, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I would stay here again as the rooms really are so nice.

I booked a room at this hotel and the whole process was very smooth and pleasant. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, they helped me check in quickly and provided detailed information and suggestions. When I arrived at the hotel, I found the room to be very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and complete facilities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with many restaurants and shops surrounding it, making it very suitable for tourism and business travel. Overall, I am very satisfied with my hotel booking experience, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying there again.

This hotel is amazing. New, clean, staff are super nice. Coffee machine at the lobby. Standard room was already super spacious and nice but they upgraded me to their loft because of a confusion in reservation, and it was fantastic. The breakfast quality is high, with both western and Chinese local selections. They provide free beverages in the room as well as water and welcome drinks upon arrival. Highly recommend!!!

Tianjin Somerset Olympic Tower service apartment, Ascott brand. This is the second time I have stayed in a hotel for many years. The lobby is not very big, the decoration is average, and the service is very good. The layout of the room is not bad, the sanitation is very good, and the sound insulation is not bad. The decoration is aging, and the air conditioner is very noisy! Without any mod cons! Breakfast is average, Japanese breakfast, not many types. On the day of check-out, I went out to do some errands, and the back door was open when I came back, and the cleaning staff were cleaning. The cleaning was not notified, and the check-out was on the same day, which is very unsafe for privacy! Call the front desk and tell her if she wants to do it, let her do it! This kind of service management is really the first time I have encountered it! The overall feeling is that the location of the hotel is very good, but in terms of management training, I can't feel the quality and cultural concept of Ascott! Hope to improve overall!

The room is big, but the facilities are relatively old, the floor and walls are not clean, and the wallpaper is peeling off. The TV in the living room is not working properly, and we use the mobile phone to cast the screen. Because it is a hotel apartment, I didn't ask for any special services. The hotel reception is a small place at the entrance. The location of the apartment is close to Fifth Avenue, within walking distance, and the night view outside the window is very beautiful!

Tianjin Lishunde Apartment, the service is very warm and polite, the room is large, the windows are also large, the window is the Haihe River, the scenery is also good. One bed is 1.5 meters and the other is 1.35 meters, which is very comfortable for a family of three. It's just that the bathroom facilities are a bit old, the nozzle can't be taken off and it's broken. I thought I would just stay one night and make do with it, but it was too late and I couldn't ask the master to come and fix it. Suggestion: Next time, the cleaning staff can check it before guests check in, and tell the engineering department in advance to come and repair it. Otherwise, it will be inconvenient for us to come back very late from listening to cross talk like we did. There is also a kitchen, which is nice to have a refrigerator. You can buy some cold drinks on ice in the summer, and there are relatively few tableware. There is Qixian Supermarket nearby, which can deliver goods, which is very convenient! There are no restaurants nearby. If you want to eat breakfast at a time-honored restaurant, you have to take a taxi. The nearest Zhensucheng is about 1.5 kilometers away.
