酒店前台和餐廳的服務人員服務態度好，酒店房間設施有點舊了，有舊酒店特有的味道。早餐一般，但總的來説在騰沖性價比高還是很高的。

酒店離高速出口很近，距離綺羅古鎮不遠。騰沖不大到哪裡都方便。停車場在酒店院內，很方便。早餐一般，能吃飽。

達到了四星水準，價格實惠，早餐尚可，停車方便，有人管理，放心。位置距離高速出口不遠，方便出行。唯一一點不足就是房間偏小，但是夠用了。

地毯很臟，房間有黴味！有停車位，早餐豐富，房間設施陳舊，冰箱就是擺設，愧對四星，前台人員業務不熟悉，造成很多誤解，及不必要的麻煩。
