第一次遇到這麼令人無語的酒店，提前一天訂的房間，第二天到酒店前台也確認我訂房成功，就是不給房卡，一直讓我等待，我也不知道她讓我等什麼，也退不了錢，她説我有房間就是不給房卡，最後公安市場監督局過來商量很久，結果把我的三人間給別人開出去了，如果我到酒店就告訴我，我認為可以協商，我們一行人擠一下也就行了，但是她就不説個為什麼，一直讓我等待幾個小時。弄到晚上11點給了我們三個人給了雙床房，喊拿枕頭説沒有，馬桶也充不了水。服務態度也不好。
