Clean, comfortable. Would have liked some sort of Breakfast. Since they have kitchens in the rooms they don’t offer breakfast.

I accidentally left my Beats earbuds plugged in wall in room. I called two days later and they had them. Manager will hang on to them til I come back in 3 weeks. I appreciate the honesty of the cleaning staff and kindness of the manager!

Heather the front desk clerk was wonderful. The AC unit was an issue. But overall location and area was nice. I wish the stairs on the side were not so steep. I could see a jorrible accident happening if you do not pay attention.

Everything would have been good, but I booked through ******* in September for a suite for the night before and after my daughter's wedding. My booking was confirmed. When getting there I was told that those that booked in person long after me received preferential treatment because I booked through a third party. I did not get the suite I had originally requested and confirmed. I was just left with what was left. I would not have booked with you all if I would have known I wasnt assured the unit requested. I'm not happy at all!!

Large rooms, and friendly staff! However, the halls always smelled “weird”, there’s no cable in the rooms/have to rent DVDs, and you can hear the people above you.
