This hotel has excellent location with magnificent view on old Tbilisi. But that is all I can positively say about this hotel. The rooms are large, but uncomfortable. Very poor breakfast. The rooms have a very heavy smell of the restaurant. A/C doesn't work at all, just create a noise with no effect. Avoid this hotel!

I stayed at the Kopala Hotel pre and post a horseback riding trek and thoroughly enjoyed my stay both times. Although they had lost my reservation the first time they still were able to accommodate me in a very nice room and the price was very reasonable. I loved the traditional rooms with beautiful wood decor/trim, very nice bathrooms, and both rooms I stayed in had beautiful views over Tbilisi. The restaurant and breakfast room also have stunning views over the city and the restaurant is very good. While some of the reviews I had read prior mentioned staff not being friendly, I found everyone I encountered to be very kind and helpful. The man at the reception desk even spent a long time problem solving an issue with using a local SIM card with my phone for me, which I really appreciated! I would happily return to stay here again.

Останавливаюсь здесь не первый раз, подкупает вид из окна, очень хорошее месторасположение отеля, отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Отель не новый но достаточно чистый и уютный. В номерах уборка каждый день. На верхнем этаже ресторан с живой музыкой. Чаще всего мест в гостинце не бывает, лучше заранее бронировать.

Красивый вид из отеля-ресторана Отель был удобным, чистым и оборудованным. Так как он находится недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, было легко расслабиться и насладиться городом. Я определенно рекомендую ЭТОТ отель и остановлюсь здесь снова в будущем.Особую благодарность всему персоналу!!!! Нику, Алексу, Михаилу большое спасибо за гостеприимство!!!!!
